1.Product description
Ultrafine ceramic fiber board is a plate-like material formed by ultrafine ceramic fiber cotton through special double-sided needling process, with certain proportion of binding agent, and passing through the large automatic vacuum absorption machine and drying.

2.Characteristics
Ultrafine ceramic fiber board contains both excellent properties of ultrafine ceramic fiber cotton and the following characteristics:
a. Hard,bot brittle,good toughness
b. Resistant to airflow erosion
c. No expansion after heating, light weight
d. High compressive strength and long service life
e. Low thermal capacity and low thermal conductivity
f. Accurate size and good flatness; arbitrary shear bending
g. Easy cutting and installation,convenient construction
h. Continuous production,uniform fiber distribution,stable performance
i.  Product operating temperature: -40ºC ~ 1700ºC
j. The combustion performance can reach grade A1 non-combustible
k. No high energy consumption or pollution during production process
l.  
High hydrophobic, water absorption, no formaldehyde or other harmful substances
