Ceramic fiber blanket is a carpet material with certain strength made of ultrafine ceramic fiber cotton and formed by double-sided needling process. After double-sided needling process, the degree of interweaving, anti-delamination, tensile strength and surface smoothness of the fibers are greatly improved. The fiber blanket does not contain any organic binder to ensure that the ceramic fiber blanket has good manufacturability and stability in both high and low temperature conditions.
