At present, the ceramic fiber board both at home and abroad uses wet process to make plates, which is pure artificial process, with low output and high market price. Its adhesive contains organic substances, formaldehyde and other harmful substances. The dry-process ceramic fiber board independently developed by Huaxian is not only light in weight, but also has better thermal insulation performance, and its thermal conductivity is below 0.033.

1.The combustion performance grade reaches the A1 level, and the fire resistance temperature  reaches 1260 ºC
2.The thermal conductivity at normal temperature is ≤ 0.033 W/(m.k). When the service temperature is between - 200 ºC and 1000 ºC. The thermal insulation performance is superior to the thermal conductivity of the extruded panel.
3.Excellent sound-absorbing, moisture-proof and waterproof performance. Noise reduction coefficient is above 0.9 and hydrophobic rate reaches 98%-99%;
4.Ceramic fiber board, using inorganic adhesive, does not contain formaldehyde and other harmful substances.
5.Excellent PH resistance. The acidity coefficient of ceramic fiber board is 6-10.
